This animation shows the true Tennessee Walking Gait with characteristic head nodding and clear 4 beat walk achieved without use of weighted shoes. Weighted shoes actually make a pace into a walk, by delaying the fall of the front feet. A true gaited walk does not require the weighted shoes and has a free flowing quality. |
