Shanna Goodpasture is a romantic! Her choice of breeds is Andalusian and Friesian and her riding discipline is of Alta Escuela, or "high school". Shanna also assists dressage trainers in developing perfect passage and piaffe. Her passion for her art is inspiring and it is always a pleasure to work for her. If you are planning a wedding, fund raiser, or horse show, consider Shanna Goodpasture for your entertainment!

Shanna's style is classical and elegant, she has to appeal to contemporary American audiences while honoring the glorious history of her breed and riding discipline.

The Goodpasture website was a joy to design. I visited the farm in 2003 to shoot some of the Andalusian stallions and a Friesian mare and foal. It was like a trip abroad, to spend time with the noble Andalusian and Friesian.

We decided to make small web videos of the sale horses and there are two of them here. While fuzzy, they show movement and give a customer a general idea of the quality of the horse. This is a wonderful ranch, which includes a pet camel who steals the entrie sack of grain and trots gleefully away.

This page on Mares is one which customers request be copied for their collateral. Because I custom design for people, giving each client a custom look or "brand" I cannot use these images for other clients.

However, I would say the page can suggest a formula which would be successful for Arabian or Andalusian/Friesian advertising. It combines a floral theme, with soft layers and filtered light. It has a very pretty, fine art look that helps support a high perceived value of the horses.

There is a trend today to dismiss beautiful photography and graphics as "eye candy." This really is a disservice not only to photographers and graphic designers, it also undermines the effort to give respect to the beauty of horses, not just their physical beauty, but their inner beauty as well.
